You maybe wanting to make changes, you may just have a sense that things dont feel right, all of us need a helping hand from time to time. It takes courage to reach out for help, often that is the hardest step.
What matters to you is the starting point for how I work.
I believe that with support we can all make changes and find our own solutions. I offer a supportive, compassionate and empathetic therapeutic relationship within which to find clarity.
About me and my practice
I work one day a week for a low cost counselling agency in South Gloucestershire and from different locations in Bristol and North Somerset in private practice.
Experience
As a counsellor I bring with me many years experience of working with people across statutory and third sector organisations. I have spent a large part of my working life supporting people within mental health services, from 1-1 and group work, to facilitating Mental Health First Aid training and running support groups for families and carers. I bring a trauma informed approach to my work.
